This application is filed for the purpose of operating an outdoor and indoor flea market.

 

In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-80 A of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reason:  Outdoor and indoor flea markets are not permitted in this zone.

 

This case has been postponed.

 

 

Case #2009:13 –Jeff Domenic

351 N. Prospect Street, Block 2.06, Lot 6 – R2 Zone

This application is filed for the purpose of expanding parking and for the construction of an 11’6” x 18” deck on the front of the house.

 

In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 94-53K1 and 94-76 B2 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reasons:  There shall be no parking in the front yard except on an approved driveway and there shall be a front yard of at least 30’.

 

This case has been postponed until the October 27th meeting.

Case #2009:12 –Robert Stiles

In the Zoning Officer’s Refusal of Permit, this request is denied for non-compliance with the provisions of Section(s) 84-73.3 of the Municipal Zoning Ordinance for the following reason:  No lot shall have erected on it more than one permitted principal use or one principal building.
